Are you hungry for growth? Are you coachable? OfferCharm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential leads, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish. This role is essential in driving our company's growth. You will be the main point of contact for sellers, guiding them through the process of selling their homes while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional relationship builder, possess effective communication skills, and have a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

Position:

  • Full-time
  • Remote until May, then will transition in office
  • On-site visits with homeowners in Central FL
  • Company Call Hours are 9am-7pm 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with property sellers through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Educate sellers on our program and the benefits of working with us.
  • Run numbers and perform market analysis to determine a fair offer price.
  • Successfully overcome objections from sellers using training and resources provided by the company.
  • Present and negotiate offers with property sellers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Secure signed purchase agreements from sellers.
  • Schedule and attend property appointments and walkthroughs in the Central Florida area.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with leads and sellers in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Real estate sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Proficient in market analysis and property evaluation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads and appointments.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Central Florida.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software 
  • Must follow our company's core values.

Compensation:

  • First 90 days: $3,500 per month + 3% commission 
  • Then $2,500 base with 8% commission, expected annual income of $60,000 to $114,000
